What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments online, RevolutPay, Paypal and many more secure checkout options. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy:
A secure place in the camp is ensured by way of a deposit
of 30 euro upon sign-up which will then be deducted from
your final payment. This deposit is non-refundable if you
withdraw your child from the Camp at any stage, unless
there are extenuating circumstances which will be
decided on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel your child's place less than 7 days prior to the start of camp, or if your child does not attend on the first day, no refund will be issued.Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
How do drop-off and pick-up work?
You can drop your child off to us at 9am each morning of the camp. Please note that we will not be permitted to take them in any earlier than 8:55 due to rules and regulations.
You can collect your child during our collection window from 1:30-2pm each day. We will be playing games with the children as they are collected, so come by whenever suits you best!
What should my child bring each day?
Children should bring a water bottle, suitable lunch,and any personal items they may need for the day. We may provide a more detailed list before camp begins.
If they wish to bring a small cuddly toy/teddy, that is no problem, just nothing that can be damaged or cause damage.
They are not permitted to bring any form of electronic devices.
